Hey {{ first_name | there }},

Here's something most trade businesses don't realize. You already have enough website traffic to double your leads. You're just not capturing them.

Consider this scenario. A contractor is getting 1,800 visitors a month to his site. Eight leads. That's a 0.4% conversion rate. Industry average sits around 2%. Good sites hit 5%.

The problem is almost always what happens when someone arrives.

A homepage with a carousel of project photos, a paragraph about being family owned, and a contact form buried in the footer. Visitors have to search for how to hire you.

Two changes fix this almost every time.

First, move the contact form above the fold. Phone number, email, quick description of the job. Three fields. Takes 15 seconds to fill out.

Second, add a line right below the form that makes a promise. Something like: "We respond to every inquiry within 3 hours." That's it. A real commitment that tells the visitor you'll actually show up.

Those two changes alone can move a 0.4% conversion rate to something that actually works for your business. Same traffic. Same site. Just a different layout and a promise that means something.

Nobody wants to fill out a form and wait a week to hear back. They want to know you're responsive before they ever pick up the phone.

If your website doesn't make that obvious, you're losing leads you already earned.

PS. Open your website right now on your phone. How many seconds does it take to find your phone number? If it's more than three, you're losing money.
